Touch: Nothing feels as sultry on the skin as silk. Silk is a clever use of fabric and intricate to this type of decor. You will not be at a loss when it comes to incorporating texture in your room. For instance, luxurious, heavy drapes with designs of Indian culture set a sultry mood. How about using saris as curtains! These come in 6-foot lengths and may also be used as bed, sofa, and floor cushions. You are limited only by your imagination!

Here's a fun idea: In addition to curtains and pillow-covers in your bedroom - also hang silk saris on your walls. Use a wooden dowel that sits on cup hooks that have been placed into the ceiling. Simply drape the sari in half over the dowel and have an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling saris!
